The self-locking locknut assembly is mainly used in important screwed places which violently vibrate and cannot be pretightened.
本实用新型涉及一种防松螺母组件。以解决现有螺纹防松方法受结构限制、不能重复使用,不适合在重载、振动大的场合使用以及自锁螺母操作不便,紧固使得螺栓产生径向弯曲的问题。本实用新型的自锁防松螺母组件由主螺母、弹性元件及副螺母组成;主螺母与副螺母分别设有与螺栓连接的第一内螺纹孔,副螺母套装在主螺母上,且二者通过螺纹连接,主螺母和副螺母二者连接的螺纹旋向与主螺母和副螺母与螺栓连接的螺纹旋向相反,弹性元件设置在主螺母和副螺母之间。本实用新型主要用于强烈振动及无法加预紧力的重要螺纹连接场合。
