本实用新型涉及一种从动弧齿锥齿轮单碟片涨紧工装,包括:拉套,安装在拉套上的拉杆,连接在拉杆上的单碟片涨紧盘,套接在拉杆上本体、垫板,位于单碟片涨紧盘和本体之间的支撑套,支撑套与单碟片涨紧盘的接触面为锥面配合,位于支撑套和本体之间的压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧处于预压力状态。采用本实用新型实施例的从动弧齿锥齿轮单碟片涨紧工装对工件进行夹紧时,工件在径向方向上受到涨紧盘的夹持力,在轴向方向同时受到垫板的反作用力和涨紧盘沿其轴向的摩擦力,这样一来减少了工件在轴向上的扰动,降低了误差,提高了制造精度,从而提高了产品的质量。
