Abstract

A tillage width adjusting and locking mechanism of a single-share plough belongs to agricultural machinery, is used for adjusting position change and distance change of a share in stubble cutting and ditching operations, overcomes the shortage of time and labor consumption as an existing changing mechanism requires manual positioning for position change, and comprises a gear plate and a handle lever seat fixed to the rear end of a traction beam of a four-link structure, a handle lever mounted on the handle lever seat, a handle lever head engaging or disengaging with a gear on an arc section at the front end of the gear plate, a handle lever head pull rod and a handle lever head return spring. The tillage width adjusting and locking mechanism is characterized in that a side penetrating beam, a share ditching position positioning screw for controlling a small spacing between two joined beams and a screw locking nut are mounted on a longitudinal beam of the traction beam of the four-link structure, and a handle lever seat stopper column capable of positioning share changing to a stubble cutting position is fixed onto the gear plate. The tillage width adjusting and locking mechanism has the advantages that automatic positioning of share position change is realized, manual positioning process under coordination of eyes and hands of a tiller is avoided, and the shortage of time-consuming and labor-consuming adjustment and positioning of tillage width is overcome.
单铧犁耕宽调节锁定机构,属于农业机械,用于犁铧在破茬和掏墒作业中的位置变换及变换距离的调整,克服现有的变换机构变换位置需人为定位,费时、费力的不足。包括固定在四连杆结构的牵引梁后端的齿板和手杆座,安装在手杆座上的手杆,与齿板前端圆弧段上的齿啮合与分离的手杆头、手杆头拉杆、手杆头回位弹簧,所作的改进是:在四联杆结构的牵引梁的一根纵梁上装配侧向穿过梁、控制两根梁并拢时最小间距的犁铧掏墒位置定位螺杆及螺杆锁定螺帽,在齿板上固定有能定位犁铧变换到破茬位置的手杆座挡柱。本实用新型的有益效果是:实现了犁铧位置变换的自动定位,不需耕作者手、眼睛相配合的人工定位过程,克服耕宽调整、定位费时费力的不足。
