本实用新型提供一种光伏连接器,一个第一连接单元,包括一个第一壳体和设置在所述第一壳体中的一个第一端子,所述第一端子与所述光伏电池阵列的一个电极电连接;和一个第二连接单元,包括一个第二壳体和设置在所述第二壳体中的一个第二端子,所述第二端子与一个输出线缆电连接,其中:所述光伏连接器进一步包括位于第一壳体和第二壳体中的一个内的一个阻断二极管,用于连接所述第一端子和所述第二端子。本实用新型将阻断二极管设置在光伏连接器的壳体内,在组装第一连接单元与第二连接单元时实现阻断二极管与第一端子和第二端子之间的电连接,避免了现有技术中手工焊接阻断二极管导致的操作复杂、质量难以控制的缺点。
The utility model provides a photovoltaic connector, which comprises a first connecting unit and a second connecting unit. The first connecting unit comprises a first shell and a first terminal arranged in the first shell, and the first terminal is electrically connected with an electrode of a photovoltaic battery array; and the second connecting unit comprises a second shell and a second terminal arranged in the second shell, and the second terminal is electrically connected with an output cable. The photovoltaic connector further comprises a blockage diode arranged in one of the first shell and the second shell, and the blockage diode is connected with the first terminal and the second terminal. Since the blockage diode is arranged in the shells of the photovoltaic connector, and the blockage diode is electrically connected with the first terminal and the second terminal during assembly of the first connecting unit and the second connecting unit, the utility model overcomes the defects of complex operation and difficult quality control caused by manual welding of the blockage diode in the prior art.
