The limit device has few parts, the shape of the parts is simple, and the parts are easy to process and assemble; the two limit pieces are directly fixed on the back surface of the limit wheel, and the limit wheel is directly matched with a gearwheel of the original control mechanism and does not occupy space; therefore, the limit devices has compact structure and small volume, and is especially suitable for preventing equipment damage accidents caused by over-range running due to the improper gear shift of the off-circuit tap-changer, thereby improving the reliability and safety of equipment.
