Abstract

本实用新型提供一种汽轮机叶片叶冠弧面检测与修正装置,其特征在于:具有装置平台;装置平台上固设有支撑架,支撑架上部固设有叶根端面定位组件和叶根侧面定位组件,装置平台上还设有旋压组件和顶压组件,顶压组件的压点对应于叶根端面定位组件,旋压组件的压点对应于叶根侧面定位组件;装置平台上还放置有靠模元件,靠模元件位于叶根端面定位组件的下方,靠模元件上端面为弧面,中间有一四棱形孔。本实用新型的优点是:汽轮机叶片叶冠弧面在本装置中进行一次性检测,如果发现叶冠弧面高于靠模量块轮廓,可直接在此靠模量块上对工件进行二次打磨加工,直到汽轮机叶片叶冠弧面合格为止。
