Abstract

The utility model discloses a flexible testing bracket which comprises a working cart (5), a permanent-magnetic sucking disc (1) and a containing tank (6), wherein the containing tank (6) is arranged in an effective range of the permanent-magnetic sucking disc (1), and the permanent-magnetic sucking disc (1) is arranged on the working cart (5); and the flexible testing bracket is characterized in that magnetorheological fluid (2) is contained in the containing tank (6), an elastic film (3) is covered on the surface of the magnetorheological fluid (2), and a skin (4) to be tested is horizontally arranged on the elastic film (3). The flexible testing bracket utilizes the physical characteristic of liquid-solid conversion of the magnetorheological fluid under the action of medium-intensity magnetic filed, is provided with parts like skin when the magnetorheological fluid is in a liquid state, and then changes the physical environment of the phase-changing substance, namely the magnetorheological fluid so as to support solid magnetorheological fluid uniformly. The parts are not contacted with a clamp forcibly, thus avoiding influence on the appearance of the parts due to forced clamping, greatly simplifying the various original testing brackets, and guaranteeing accuracy and reliability of optical three-dimensional measurement of appearance of parts like skin.
本实用新型公开了一种柔性检验托架,包括工作车(5)、永磁吸盘(1)和容池(6),容池(6)放置在永磁吸盘(1)上的有效范围内,永磁吸盘(1)放置在工作车(5)上,其特征在于:所述的容池(6)内盛装磁流变液(2),在磁流变液(2)的表面覆盖一层弹性薄膜(3),待检蒙皮(4)水平放置在弹性薄膜上(3)。本实用新型利用磁流变液在中等强度的磁场作用下能够发生液固两相转变的物理特性,在液态条件下安装蒙皮类零件,然后改变相变物质磁流变液所处的物理环境,实现在磁流变液固态下均匀的支撑。零件不会强制与夹具接触,避免了强制夹紧对零件外型带来的影响,极大简化了原有的各类检验托架,保证了蒙皮类零件光学三维测量外型的准确性和可靠性。
