Abstract

A safety device for a back-supporting discharging mechanism of a forging part forming machine is installed on a back-supporting discharging mechanism which is driven by leading a connecting rod to drive bent plates on a bent plate seat, wherein each of the bent plates can drive a discharging rod in a pushing base of a driven rocker. A roller seat pivoted under the driven rocker is installed on the safety device, a roller permanently abutted by the bent plates is pivoted in the roller seat, a connecting hole is arranged under the driven rocker in a penetrating mode, a through hole corresponding to the connecting hole is arranged on the roller seat, a safety rod penetrates through the through hole and is fixed in the connecting hole, and a neck part capable of carrying preset stress is formed on the safety rod at the joint of the connecting hole and the through hole.
一种锻造部品成型机后托通出机构安全装置,是装设在后托通出机构上,而后托通出机构是由连杆带动曲板座上的曲板所驱动,而各曲板可驱使被动摇臂顶推机座中的通出杆,该安全装置具有枢设在被动摇臂下方的滚轮座,滚轮座内枢设有恒受曲板顶抵的滚轮,另于被动摇臂下方穿设联结孔,且在滚轮座上设有对应联结孔的穿孔,安全杆联结穿固在穿孔与联结孔内,该安全杆于穿孔与联结孔交接处缩束形成一可承受预定应力的颈部。
