The utility model relates to a water soluble paint mist recovering circulating device comprising a paint spraying chamber, a ventilation pipeline, a paint collection water tank and a paint mixing box wherein the bottom of the front of the paint spraying chamber is provided with a rotary work table, and the middle part of the is vertically, fixedly provided with a first paint mist baffle; the lower part of the paint mist baffle is provided with a paint collection water channel, the back part of the paint spray chamber is connected with the upper part of the paint collection water tank via the ventilation pipeline; the connection end of the ventilation pipeline with the paint spraying chamber is provided with a negative pressure fan, and the other end of the ventilation pipeline is provided with a second paint mist baffle which is vertically fixed; the paint mixing box is internally provided with a stirring device and an on-line viscometer; the paint mixing box is provided with a paint inlet pipeline, a water pipeline and an outlet, and the paint collection water channel and the paint mixing box as well as the paint collection water tank and the paint mixing box are connected respectively through a pipeline; and each of the first paint mist baffle and the second paint mist baffle is formed by a plurality of cavity bodies which are sequentially connected, and the front surface of the cavity body is provided with holes. The water soluble paint mist recovering circulating device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, recovering and recirculating of over-painted paint mist of waterborne paint and the like.
本实用新型的水溶性漆雾回收循环装置包括喷漆室、通风管道、集漆水箱和调漆箱,喷漆室的正前方底部设有旋转工作台,中部垂直固定有第一漆雾挡板,在漆雾挡板的下方有集漆水槽,喷漆室的背部经通风管道与集漆水箱的上部相连,在通风管道与喷漆室的连接端有负压风机,通风管道的另一端有垂直固定的第二漆雾挡板,调漆箱中有搅拌装置和在线粘度计,调漆箱上设有进漆管道、进水管道和出口,集漆水槽与调漆箱之间以及集漆水箱与调漆箱之间分别通过管道相连,第一、第二漆雾挡板均由若干个依次连接的腔体构成,腔体的前表面分布有孔洞。该装置具有结构简单,操作方便,可以回收水性涂料过喷漆雾并循环再利用等优点。
